At Kauai Furikake Co, we take pride in crafting small‑batch, high‑quality furikake made with care on Kaua‘i. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Photos of the issue help us resolve things quickly.

All Sales Final on Opened Food Products

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened food products.
